A qualified coach and experienced trainer, Sarah draws on years of successful hands-on experience as an employer, leader, manager and educator,  building and leading teams in times of change.

Sarah combines warmth of personality with an analytical mind. Her wealth of experience in management and team development includes leading two organisations to Investors in People status and generating an organisational culture that enabled staff to grow and take increasing levels of responsibility.

Prior to setting up Coaching Climate in 2005, Sarah had a unique cross-phase career in education and regeneration. She led the Excellence in Cities project in Liverpool, securing an investment of £20,000,000 for the city. As Director of the Bristol Education Action Zone, she built an innovative team implementing new approaches to learning in inner-city schools and developed close partnerships with business, arts and regeneration agencies.

Clients include people from a range of professional backgrounds and both private and public sector organisations.

Dennis brings calm and a solution-focused approach to complex situations. He has a lifetime’s experience in management and human resources. As Director of Personnel at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Head of HR at the North West Wales NHS Trust in Bangor, he created new employment relations structures and policies and held responsibility for personnel, training and development work for staff teams of up to 2,500 people.
