Sarah trained as a coach in 2003, has run coach training since 2004 and has supervised other coaches since 2008. She is accredited as a coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and qualified as a coach supervisor on the first supervision course in the world accredited by the ICF. She designs and delivers highly acclaimed courses in coaching for managers.

Clients include people from a range of backgrounds and both private and public sector organisations.

Sarah is an associate with CMC Ltd and Bath Spa University, where she delivers Masters Level modules on Coaching. Her years of successful hands-on experience as an employer, manager and educator include leading both the Excellence in Cities project that secured an investment of £20,000,000 for Liverpool, and  the innovative Bristol Education Action Zone, which developed new approaches to learning and close partnerships between inner-city schools, arts organisations and local businesses.

Publications include an article on Coaching in the Education Sector in Coaching at Work (January 2008).

Sarah's first book Building Learning Power in Action was published in 2005.

Dennis brings calm and a solution-focused approach to complex situations. He has a lifetime’s experience in management and human resources. As Director of Personnel at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Head of HR at the North West Wales NHS Trust in Bangor, he created new employment relations structures and policies and held responsibility for personnel, training and development work for staff teams of up to 2,500 people.
