“Coaching is a collaborative conversation focused on achieving the outcomes the client identifies”
Sarah Gornall, 2013
Basics
We start by finding out about your context and what you hope to achieve and design a programme to meet your needs. Confidentiality is a given.
You have a coaching agreement, which sets out your focus and how we plan to work together. The length of session, number of sessions and how long we work together, will be set up to suit you. Many people find an initial series of 6 sessions works well for them.
Flexible Approach
How we work will depend on what you want to focus on and what suits you at the time. We may use solution focused approaches, NLP, structured frameworks, management models, or simply coach with awareness.
Sessions may be face to face, by phone or by skype; one to one or in teams. Your choice may depend on your budget and where you are based. Also on your preferred style of working - some clients really enjoy going for coaching walks rather than sitting in the office. Sarah Gornall is based in Bristol in the South West of England. The world’s the limit with skype or video conferencing!
Your focus
It’s your choice what we focus on: skills development, action planning, decision making, relationship building, leadership development, work-life balance, organisational change, personal confidence, business growth, a greater sense of ease with the world.
Business Coaching
If you run a small or medium sized business, applying for the Growth Accelerator programme might give you access to a wider support programme alongside the coaching – and support with funding too.
Workshops
We design bespoke workshops and training on:
